First round of the Flemish student championship Basketball

On December 2nd, the University Sport center of KU Leuven will host the first round of the basketball championship for men & women.

Practical information: 

• Who: Register with the sports responsible of your university/college if you want to participate. 
• Location: Topsporthal, Universitair Sportcentrum KU Leuven

• Registration: teams register at the front office of the topsporthal

Don't forget to bring your student card and water bottle. 

Further course of the competition

• The 4 best teams from the preliminary round will qualify themselves for the semi finals on the 17th of February 2027 at the Axxion in Geel. 
• The 2 winners of the semi finals will compete against each other on the Flemish Final in Ghent on the 10th of March 2027.
• The Flemish champions will face the Walloon champions at the Belgian final in Brussels on the 14th of April 2027.
