Belgian Student Championship Blitz Chess


Practical information:

- Date: Tuesday 15th of October 2024.

- Time: 19-21u30

- Location: online (at the online platform/website www.lichess.org)

- Mixed competition

- Discipline: Blitz Chess (3'+2")

- Game system: Swiss system in 9 rounds.

- Open for all levels (not only competitive chess players). Due to the swiss system, everyone will play against opponents of their own level.

Belgian Student Championship Chess

Due to the national manifestation on February 13, the BSC Chess will take place on March 20 at the Odisee Campus in Brussels.

Practical information

    • Location: 1107 room (Hermes 1, entrance 1, 1st floor), Stormstraat 2, 1000 Brussel
    • Timing: start game from 15h until 18h30 (depending on the amount of participants)
    • Registrations:Registrations are possible until 6/2/25 23h59.
    • Game modalities: Rapid tournament
      • Paring system: Swiss tournament system
      • Amount of turns: 5-7 (depending on the amount of participants)
      • 10 min. with 3 sec per game per player
      • 2 categories: with and without license
      • FIDE- rapid rules
