Registrations are only possible with a cycling flanders license. Registrations are upon arrival or via Willy Kerse. You need to pay your registration in cash. You can get a reimbursed of your registration fee by handing over the registration document at your sports manager of your faculty. Everyone needs to be present 1,5h before the start of the circulation.
